Returns and cancellations

  1. Did you purchase and it's not your choice? As long as your purchase amount is 160 NIS or more, you can return it, choose to exchange it for another one, or get your money back, free of charge via free home delivery. If the product you purchased is a perfume oil or perfumed body butter, you will receive a sample of the fragrance as a gift that allows you, before opening the product, to choose and decide if it's right for you. If this is not your choice, you can exchange it and choose a different fragrance or get your money back. The order will be exchangeable once at no cost. If you wish to exchange the product again or cancel after an exchange, the shipping will incur a cost of 50 NIS.
  2. In the case of a request for exchange/transaction cancellation for a purchase in an amount less than 160 NIS, the shipping cost is 29 NIS. In the case of transaction cancellation, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
  3. How is the product(s) return process carried out? (In the case of an exchange/transaction cancellation)? Did you choose to exchange for another product or receive a refund? To collect the returned product, a courier from us will contact you within approximately 7 business days to collect the returned product(s).
  4. Cannot be exchanged/returned or credited for a gift purchase. Cannot be exchanged/returned or credited for the purchase of an elegant gift box.
  5. Cancellation of a transaction will be subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741 – 1981 (hereinafter: “Consumer Protection Law”), cancellation of a transaction or exchange will be made by contacting the company in one of the following ways: by registered mail at the address – P.O.   6. A customer will be entitled to cancel a transaction to purchase a product(s), for any reason, from the date of making the transaction until fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of a document containing the details stated in subsection 14C(b) of the Consumer Protection Law, whichever is later.
  7. In the event of cancellation of a transaction to which the customer is entitled by law or by the company's consent, or a request for an exchange, if the customer has received the product, the customer must return the product to the company in its original packaging and when it is complete and without defect.
  8. In the event of cancellation of a transaction by the customer due to a defect in the product or a discrepancy between the product and the details provided to the customer regarding the product or due to failure to deliver the product on the date set for this or due to any other violation of the terms of the transaction by the Company, the Company will refund, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, that part of the transaction price that was paid, will cancel the charge for the transaction and provide the customer with a copy of the cancellation notice as aforesaid and will not charge any cancellation fees. To the extent that the customer has received the product, he may cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the product(s) by returning the product(s) and sending the product(s) to the Company. The refund in this case will only be given after the Company has received the product(s).
  9. In addition to the above rule regarding the cancellation of a transaction, it is clarified that the Company will be entitled to charge the user a cancellation fee of five percent (5%) of the price of the product/service provided or in the amount of one hundred (100) NIS, whichever is lower, all in accordance with the provisions of the law.
  10. Without derogating from the above, receipt of a monetary credit (not due to a defect and/or non-conformity) or exchange will be made against the return of the product(s) and receipt of the product(s) by the Company along with an invoice, and provided that its packaging has not been opened and the item has not been used. The Company has the sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned item.
  11. Notwithstanding the above, it is hereby clarified that a customer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, as defined in the Consumer Protection Law, will be entitled to cancel a transaction within 4 months from the date of making the transaction, from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of a document containing the details stated in subsection 14C(b) of the Consumer Protection Law, whichever is later, provided that the communication between the Company and the customer included a conversation, including a conversation via electronic communication. In such a case, the Company will be entitled to require the customer to present a certificate proving that he is a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, as the case may be, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
  12. Return of products by the customer in the event of cancellation of a transaction (to which the customer is entitled by law) after their condition has changed for the worse while they were in the customer's possession, including in the case of returning a product that was damaged and/or spoiled and/or suffered any harm and/or its packaging was destroyed or that was used by the customer, which changes the condition of the product for the worse, is subject to the Company's right to claim damages for this and/or to exercise any remedy or remedy available to the Company under any law, at the Company's sole discretion.
  13. It is clarified that a product purchased under promotional conditions, then the refund in the event of transaction cancellation will be made according to the same terms. In the case of a purchase with a conditional discount of several products together, then the full refund will be conditional on the return of all products for that purchase. In the event that only some of the products are returned for that purchase, as stated, then the refund will be after deducting the full value (before discount) of the product(s) remaining in the hands of the customer, from all products purchased together under the aforementioned promotional/discount conditions and taking into account the full value of the products.
  14. The refund will be made according to the method of payment: Payment by credit card will be credited to the card with which payment was made only and according to the credit company's schedules. Payment by PayPal will be credited to the PayPal account from which the purchase was made. Direct cards cannot be credited, therefore Direct card holders will be entitled to receive credit on the site.
  15. If, after placing the order, it becomes clear to the Company that the product ordered by the customer is out of stock, the Company will notify the customer and allow him to choose between receiving a replacement product or a full refund of the money paid.
  16. Without derogating from the above, the Company reserves the right to prevent the customer from placing an order on the Site or to cancel an order at any time and at its sole discretion, before or after placing the order, including in the following cases: the credit card company did not authorize the charge for the order, the credit card used was blocked or restricted in any way, the customer provided incorrect details that did not allow the order to be placed, the customer refrained from paying for the order, the customer made or attempted to make use of the Site's services to perform an illegal act, etc.
