To exchange the product or receive a refund, you must leave the product as it was sent to you, in its original packaging, and we will arrange for a courier to come to your home to collect the product.
Upon confirmation of receipt of the product in its entirety, we will fulfill your request for a product exchange or refund. An order will be eligible for one exchange free of charge.

In the event of a large flame and/or smoke - shorten the wick to a height of approximately 3 mm.
It is recommended not to turn on for more than 3 hours continuously.
Each tool is unique and slight changes in color are part of the uniqueness and character of the piece. Concrete is a living material and changes over time.
