Placing an order on the website

1. Placing an order on the site constitutes a complete, final and irrevocable notification on the part of the customer placing the order that he has read the terms of use, understood them and agrees to their content.
2. Upon placing the order on the site, the purchaser will be sent an email confirmation that the order has been received and will be delivered to the address provided by the customer by an external shipping company.
3. The products that can be ordered through the website are the products that appear when the order is placed.
4. Images, products and information on the site are intended for illustration purposes only. There may be differences and changes between the images displayed on the site and the products actually supplied.
5. The prices of the products are as published on the website at the time the order is placed and include VAT as required.
6. In order for the order to be accepted, it must be entered on the site properly and completely, including all the required details. A transaction whose details are not filled in properly and/or not entered and/or entered incorrectly, even if the source of the error is on the site, will not be charged by the company for this order.
7. In order to place an order on the site, the customer will be required to provide his personal information and additional contact information. 8. The company retains customer contact information to facilitate future ordering. Any use of this information is subject to the company's privacy policy as explained above.
9. Payment for placing an order will be made via a PayPal account or credit card, the details of which the customer will enter on the site when placing the order. The credit card details will be transferred to the credit card company in order to receive approval for placing the order. Placing the order is subject to the credit card company's approval for the transaction.

Providing details and registering on these sites is not subject to the Site's privacy policy but to the privacy policy of those linked sites and the provisions of any law. Browsing these sites and pages, as well as any other action taken by the User in connection with them, are the sole responsibility of the User and the owners of the linked sites, and the User shall not have, and hereby waives in advance, any claim and/or demand for direct and/or indirect loss, damage or damage against the Company and/or anyone on its behalf arising from reliance on and/or use of the content and/or information provided on these sites.

Product delivery and transportation

15. The company will deliver the purchased product to the address entered by the customer when making the purchase on the sales site, within 3 business days, not including the day of collection. Subject to full payment of the product(s) and approval of the transaction by the credit card company.

17. Free shipping on purchases of 250 NIS or more.
    For purchases less than 250 NIS, the shipping cost is 29 NIS.
18. The user may choose to have the ordered products delivered directly to his home or to another destination, according to the selection that appears on the site - all at his own choice, and at his sole responsibility.
19. If the customer has approved placing the shipment near a yard entrance gate, house door, etc. or in the possession of any third party, then in these cases the company will be exempt from liability for any damage caused to the shipment or product(s) and liability will be transferred to the customer.

If it is not possible to contact the customer using the contact information provided when placing the order, for 3 days after the order is placed, the Company will be entitled to cancel the order (without charging the customer for the cost of the products) and charge the customer a handling fee of 29 NIS in addition to the cost of preparing the shipment (as applicable). In addition, in the aforementioned case, the Company will be entitled to prevent the customer from making future purchases through the website.
21. The Company will deliver the products to the customer through an independent shipping company (hereinafter: “the Shipping Company”), delivery outside of Israel will not be possible.
22. Deliveries will be made to the areas served by the external shipping company and subject to the shipping company's policy, including its commitment to shipping time.
23. Product delivery times as indicated on the order page include only business days; that is, Sunday-Thursday, excluding Friday-Saturday, holiday and holiday eves, memorial days and memorial day eves, and Shabbat.
24. The company is not responsible for any act and/or omission of the shipping company, including delays in delivery, and is not obligated to deliver the products to areas that are restricted from a security perspective.
25. It is clarified that the delivery times detailed above are approximate times. In the event of a delay in delivery and/or non-delivery of a product due to any reason beyond the control of the Company and/or at the discretion of the Company or the shipping company, the destination for delivery of the product(s) is located in areas that are restricted from security access, the Company may provide the products to the User at a nearby and acceptable alternative location in advance of coordination with the User. In the event that there is no agreement on the said alternative location, the Company may cancel the order, and the User agrees and confirms that he will not have any claim and/or demand from the Company for any compensation in this regard.
30. As stated above, the company is not responsible for shipping times and delays by the shipping company, but makes every effort to ensure that its products are delivered as quickly as possible from the moment the order is confirmed and is at the customer's disposal to provide a solution to any problem.
