If you request to exchange for a different fragrance, we will make a new shipment of the selected item.

A courier from us will contact you within approximately 7 business days to collect the returned product(s).

We will cancel the transaction with the credit card company, so there is no need to contact them directly.

You can always return it, choose another one, or get your money back.
With the product you purchased, you will find 5 samples of all the fragrances as a gift, including the fragrance you chose, allowing you to choose and decide whether the fragrance you chose is right for you before opening the product.
If you don't like the fragrance you chose, you can exchange it and choose a different fragrance or receive a full refund within 14 business days of receiving the product at the company.
To exchange the product or receive a refund, the product must be left as it was sent to you,
In its original packaging (and it will not be used at all) in a cardboard box and we will arrange for a courier to come to your home to collect the product.
Upon receipt of the product in its entirety by the company as stated above, we will fulfill your request to replace the product or refund your money.
