With the product you purchased, you will find samples of the fragrance as a gift, in the body butters and in the essential oils, allowing you to choose and decide if this is your fragrance before opening the product.
If this is not your choice, you can exchange it and choose a different fragrance or receive a full refund within 14 business days of receiving the product.
To exchange the product or receive a refund, you must leave the product as it was sent to you, in its original packaging, and we will arrange for a courier to come to your home to collect the product.
Upon confirmation of receipt of the product in its entirety, we will fulfill your request for a product exchange or refund. An order will be eligible for one exchange free of charge.
